DIRECTOR’S NOTES

  • Please encourage your student to make practice a part of their daily routine – learning an instrument is like training for a sport or a marathon–it takes time and regular practice in order to see results. It is better to practice for 15-20 minutes each day, than for two hours in one sitting.

  • Loara Band Review Wrap Up  – I am very proud of your performance on Saturday! Your performance was great, especially for our first time out. Our goal is to improve our score at our next competition, at Baldwin Park. Thank you to all of our parent volunteers and supporters – they day went by very smoothly.

    • Overall – 4th place

    • Colorguard – 1st place

  • Baldwin Park info will be sent out separately
